Very good location for this 54 m² appartment in the Center of Nice, district Carabacel direct at the “Tête Carrée” and “coulée verte” (green alley, urban park of 12 hectares). Experience Nice like a local, live in a 20th century flat, with parquet in the bedrooms, typical  shuttles at the window, modern und antik furnitures and decoration . Pedestrian street, Place Garibaldi and old city at 5 min walk, All facilities at very short walking distance, bars, restaurants, museums, cinemas, public transport...The flat is located on the first floor and is very luminous. It has double glasing windows and the door is secured with a “Fichet” key system. It  has 2 nice rooms, a big bathroom and a fully equipped independant kitchen. One of the  bedroom has a double bed, a big wardrobe, and a small table. The other one (easy transformable into a living room) has 2 comfy 80 beds, a big wardrobe. All the masstress are high confort.  The kitchen is big and cosy and has got everything to feel like at home. Flat for 4 persons (on demand, 2 additional beds can be added for children)
